When buying or building a new home, you should carefully calculate the actual need for space and avoid unnecessary square metres. If moving is not an option, please consider the following:

• Can you reduce temperature in the vacant rooms?
• Can you combine the extra square metres to the apartment next door and sell them?
• Can you lease out the vacant room or provide accommodation for tourists?
